Acess key - Guild Wars Forums

I just got guild wars eye of the north but i don't really know where the access key is? Is it on the shield? Cause the code there xxx-xxxx-xxxx is to short to put in

there should be either a card to scratch off or a piece of paper you have to break off at 3 sides with the key code inside
